Last summer we invested in a pool, and it might just be our best purchase to date. It’s our escape from the hot, hot summertime of Fayetteville, and it’s the perfect excuse to invite over our friends!

Today I want to share a simple, colorful pool party idea that’s sure to bring fun to your summer!

For our pool party, I pulled together paper products from Shindig Paperie. I love the minty green marbled paper plates and napkins available in the party room. I also grabbed some pineapple wrapping paper, which served as the table runner!

Popsicles are a must when it’s hot outside! I made my favorite honey-infused blueberry and raspberry popsicles for our gathering & served them alongside fizzy drinks with paper straws. You can find my popsicle recipe, tips and tools right here. 

Don’t forget the flamingo floaties (found here)! It’s the perfect drink float for the pool while you’re soaking up the sunshine, and it doubles as a great party favor!
